Parexel is proud to be featured in the Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) 2024 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) and for receiving an 85 out of 100 – a score five points higher than last year. Parexel has been a top scorer in the HRC Index for five consecutive years for successfully incorporating equitable practices and fostering a culture where colleagues can be their best selves. The CEI is the premier survey benchmarking tool on how corporations are integrating equitable workplace policies, practices and benefits for LGBTQ+ employees. Each year the HRC Foundation raises its benchmark for scoring, which challenges companies to increase their level of commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion.

Parexel has won five Platinum MarCom Awards for website design including Parexel Corporate Website (Desktop), Parexel Corporate Website (Mobile), Parexel Mobile Website Design, Parexel Website Design, Parexel Website Home Page Design and one Gold for Parexel Website Redesign. The MarCom Awards honor excellence in marketing and communication, recognizing the generosity, creativity and hard work of industry professionals. Established in 2004, MarCom is one of the largest and most-respected creative competitions in the world. Each year MarCom receives 6,500 print and digital entries from countries around the globe.

Parexel was named a winner in the inaugural 2024 Fierce Biotech CRO Awards in the "Innovative Approaches to Patient-Centric Research" category. This recognition underscores Parexel's commitment to improving patient access and experiences in clinical research by incorporating patient-guided approaches. The Fierce CRO Awards honor CROs that have demonstrated outstanding performance, innovation, and leadership in delivering high-quality research and development services. With submissions across eight different categories, an esteemed panel of judges scored each submission based on innovation and impact, measurable outcomes, sustainability and scalability and ethical considerations.

Parexel was recognized with a Silver Award in the 2024 EcoVadis Sustainability Rating Program for the third consecutive year. This rating represents a significant six-point increase from 2023, placing Parexel in the top 15% of all companies rated by EcoVadis. EcoVadis annually measures companies on their environmental, social and ethical performance based on international standards.
