Parexel was recognized with a Silver Award in the 2024 EcoVadis Sustainability Rating Program for the third consecutive year. This rating represents a significant six-point increase from 2023, placing Parexel in the top 15% of all companies rated by EcoVadis. EcoVadis annually measures companies on their environmental, social and ethical performance based on international standards.

Teri Karcher, EVP and Chief Drug Development Officer, Head of Launch Excellence was named to the PharmaVoice 100 list of inspirational people in the life sciences industry. Teri was recognized for her innovative work in foraging new paths in drug development and elevating Parexel's relationships with sites in addition to her ability to lead with a deep commitment to patients. Since its beginning in 2005, the PharmaVoice 100 has highlights outstanding leaders across the industry who are inspirational to their teams, companies and communities.

Parexel was awarded the 2024 Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS) Eagle Award in the CRO category for the second consecutive year. This prestigious award, presented at the annual SCRS Global Site Solutions Summit, underscores Parexel’s dedication to fostering strong partnerships with investigative sites and advancing patient-guided clinical research.

Parexel was named one of "America’s Best Employers for Women in 2024" by Forbes magazine, ranking 201 out of 600 companies who all received top scores in the Forbes survey. Companies made the list based on whether the respondents would recommend them and how respondents rated them in areas such as working environment, pay equity, parental leave, and the company’s handling of incidents related to sexual misconduct and discrimination. Analysts also researched the percentage of women in executive and board positions at each company. This is Forbes’ seventh annual list designed to help women find the companies that work for them and to recognize companies for their inclusivity.
