Parexel was recognized in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2026 Corporate Equality Index for our commitment to LGBTQ+ equality and inclusion. The recognition – with a five-point score increase from the previous year – reflects the dedication of our Global Inclusion team’s leadership, advocacy of our Parexel Pride business resource group, and commitment of our global colleagues who champion inclusion every day. The Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s State of the Workplace for LGBTQ+ Americans and Corporate Equality Index 2026 provides a research-based snapshot of LGBTQ+ experiences in U.S. workplaces and a national benchmark of corporate policies, practices, and benefits pertinent to LGBTQ+ employees.

Parexel was recognized for its participation and transparency on environmental issues and sustainability by CDP, a global environmental non-profit that runs the world’s only independent disclosure system. Parexel has disclosed to CDP for the past 12 years. CDP is fully aligned with the Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework and maintains the world’s largest repository of environmental data. Its scoring system is widely used by investors and procurement teams seeking to accelerate progress towards a net-zero, sustainable and earth-positive global economy.

Parexel was named “Best Contract Research Organization” in the Full-Service Provider category at the 21st annual Scrip Awards. This honor recognizes Parexel’s excellence in clinical trial partnership with biopharma companies and its vital contributions to drug development, patient impact and global public health. Parexel was selected by an independent panel of judges for its excellence in exceeding sponsor expectations, innovations in patient engagement and recruitment, commitment to patient access and inclusion, and ability to leverage AI to improve clinical development speed and quality.

Parexel has been recognized with the India Workplace Equality Index (IWEI) 2025 Top Employer Award in the Silver category. Parexel was selected for continuing to progress inclusive activities that promote LGBT+ inclusion for colleagues. The IWEI awards employers in India who are committed to creating a more inclusive organization for their LGBT+ colleagues through programs and initiatives designed to promote inclusion and equality.
