Parexel was named one of "America’s Best Employers for Women in 2024" by Forbes magazine, ranking 201 out of 600 companies who all received top scores in the Forbes survey. Companies made the list based on whether the respondents would recommend them and how respondents rated them in areas such as working environment, pay equity, parental leave, and the company’s handling of incidents related to sexual misconduct and discrimination. Analysts also researched the percentage of women in executive and board positions at each company. This is Forbes’ seventh annual list designed to help women find the companies that work for them and to recognize companies for their inclusivity.

Parexel was named a top scorer on the 2024 Disability Equality Index® making it one of the “2024 Best Places to Work for People with Disabilities." To receive a top score, companies must meet most or all criteria for that given year. Parexel was recognized for its efforts to improve inclusion and accommodations. The Disability Equality Index is the world’s most comprehensive benchmarking tool for Fortune 1000 scope companies to measure disability workplace inclusion inside their organization and to assess performance across industry sectors. In 2024, 542 corporations, including 71 Fortune 100 and 220 Fortune 500, utilized the Disability Equality Index to benchmark their disability inclusion efforts.

The annual ViE Awards, organized by Terrapin, celebrate the industry’s most outstanding achievements and showcase excellence in the global vaccine industry.
