This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.

Parexel recognized with the 2022 IWEI Top Employer Award in the Bronze category
Recognized with the 2022 IWEI Top Employer Award in the Bronze category, Parexel was selected for developing inclusive policies and initiating activities that promote LGBT+ inclusion for colleagues. Parexel has received the IWEI Top Employer Award each year since 2020. The IWEI is India’s only comprehensive benchmarking tool for companies to measure their progress on LGBT+ inclusion.

DiversityPlus Top 25 Diversity Change Leaders: Nishant Deep
Parexel’s Nishant Deep, Director of Global Procurement and Supplier Diversity has been named as one of the DiversityPlus Top 25 Diversity Change Leaders. This award is presented to leaders who have strived to bring light to our times, and who have tirelessly championed the cause of diverse suppliers. Nishant leads the Supplier Diversity committee under the corporate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) division at Parexel, which works to increase DEI throughout the organization and in its relationships with patients and suppliers.
PharmaTimes Clinical Researcher of the Year – The Americas: Sharup Karim & Navneet Singh
Parexel employees were named as finalists in two of the PharmaTimes Clinical Researcher of the Year – The Americas categories. Sharup Karim was named as a finalist in the “New CRA (less than 4 years’ experience)” category and Navneet Singh was named as a finalist in the “Clinical Trial Manager” category. Peyton Howell, Chief Operating and Growth Officer, was recognized with PharmaVoice's highest distinction as a 2022 Red Jacket honoree. This esteemed award distinguishes the most inspiring leaders in the life sciences industry. Peyton’s Red Jacket honor and two-time recognition as a PharmaVOICE100 recipient reflect her 26 years of innovative leadership in the healthcare industry, including the last four at Parexel where she has been instrumental in leading our strategic focus on culture, DE&I and putting patients first.
Jim Anthony, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Parexel Biotech, was honored in the 2022 PharmaVoice 100 list of most inspiring people in the life sciences industry. Jim was recognized for his outstanding leadership, ready-for-anything attitude and relationship-building prowess to grow Parexel’s Biotech business with a Patients-First approach. His leadership has been transformational to the company’s growth while contributing to innovative new therapies, such as Cell and Gene, to assist patients with unmet healthcare needs in areas like oncology and rare disease.
Our colleague Liam Paschall was recognized as a Top LGBTQIA+ Voice to Follow on LinkedIn. With a heart for advocacy and a voice for all, Liam is constantly taking actions to achieve LGBTQIA+ inclusion and equality. For example, Liam presented at 2022 DIA on "Transgender and Non-binary Patients Inclusivity in Clinical Research" for a standing-room only audience. Liam is also a member of Parexel's DE&I and Pride committees, where he helped onboard and provide access training, like SafeZone, for all Parexel colleagues. In his free time, he mentors LGBTQIA+ youth and provides supports their families.
Our colleague Mano Thiravong was named to the PROUT AT WORK-Foundation's PROUT Voices List for his/her commitment to LGBTQ+ equality at work. Mano joined Parexel in September 2008 where he/she is an Associate Project Director for Late Phase clinical studies. He/her is an active member of our PRIDE and Germany DE&I committees and is a performer at Die Schaubühne in Berlin.

Parexel named finalist in Informa Pharma Intelligence Awards Japan
Parexel shortlisted as a "Best CRO" finalist at the inaugural Informa Pharma Intelligence Awards Japan. This new award will recognize CROs that provide full or specialist services to their clients and which have a presence the Asia Pacific region.
