For the fifth consecutive year, Health Advances, a Parexel company, was selected as a Top Place to Work in Massachusetts by The Boston Globe.

Parexel’s Durham, NC and Bloemfontein, South Africa offices recently achieved ISO 9001 certification, the internationally recognized standard for quality management. This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.

Recognized with the 2022 IWEI Top Employer Award in the Bronze category, Parexel was selected for developing inclusive policies and initiating activities that promote LGBT+ inclusion for colleagues. Parexel has received the IWEI Top Employer Award each year since 2020. The IWEI is India’s only comprehensive benchmarking tool for companies to measure their progress on LGBT+ inclusion.

Parexel received the Outstanding Health Practice Award at the 2022-2023 Mercer China Healthiest Workplace Awards in Shanghai for its flexible work program. By better understanding the specific needs of its colleagues and enabling them to choose the work environment that supports their professional and personal development, Parexel has effectively improved employee engagement and cultivated a greater sense of belonging across its employee base. Launched in 2016 by a leading professional consulting firm in employee health and benefits, the Mercer China Healthiest Workplace Awards spotlight employers in China who provide the healthiest working environments for the sake of improving overall employee health and wellbeing.

Peyton Howell, Chief Operating and Growth Officer, was recognized with PharmaVoice's highest distinction as a 2022 Red Jacket honoree. This esteemed award distinguishes the most inspiring leaders in the life sciences industry. Peyton’s Red Jacket honor and two-time recognition as a PharmaVOICE100 recipient reflect her 26 years of innovative leadership in the healthcare industry, including the last four at Parexel where she has been instrumental in leading our strategic focus on culture, DE&I and putting patients first.

Jim Anthony, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Parexel Biotech, was honored in the 2022 PharmaVoice 100 list of most inspiring people in the life sciences industry. Jim was recognized for his outstanding leadership, ready-for-anything attitude and relationship-building prowess to grow Parexel’s Biotech business with a Patients-First approach. His leadership has been transformational to the company’s growth while contributing to innovative new therapies, such as Cell and Gene, to assist patients with unmet healthcare needs in areas like oncology and rare disease.

Parexel received the 2022 CRO Leadership Award, presented by Life Science Leader and Clinical Leader. Parexel is one of only three CROs to be recognized with a CRO Leadership Award for 11 consecutive years. Parexel was also recognized across all five categories – Capabilities, Compatibility, Expertise, Quality, and Reliability – for exceeding customer expectations by each customer segment.

Parexel shortlisted as a "Best CRO" finalist at the inaugural Informa Pharma Intelligence Awards Japan. This new award will recognize CROs that provide full or specialist services to their clients and which have a presence the Asia Pacific region.

Parexel received a silver rating by Ecovadis, the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings. A silver rating is awarded to organizations with a structured and proactive sustainability approach with strong reporting on KPIs and actions.

Parexel India wins two 2022 DivHERsity Awards for our commitment to diversity in the workplace, including winning categories of Top20 Most Innovative Practices – Women Returnee Programs, which supported women in their ability to return to work during the pandemic, and Top20 DivHERSity Champion (Large Enterprises) recognizing Dr. Arjun Narayan for his ongoing efforts to promote gender diversity at Parexel

Aida Sabo, Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Parexel, was named to the inaugural Power List of 50 Chief Diversity Officers (CDOs). Color’s Power 50 recognizes Chief Diversity Officers (CDOs) across the United States who are shaping and innovating the future of diversity, equity and inclusion and belonging.

Parexel is proud to be featured on the Human Rights Campaign’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index, the premier survey benchmarking tool on how corporations across the US and beyond are adopting equitable workplace policies, practices and benefits for LGBTQ+ employees.

Parexel was named a 2022 Catalyst Award winner by the global nonprofit organization Catalyst. Parexel was recognized for its Leveraging Gender Partnership to Advance Women in Leadership initiative that has evolved the company culture to one where women have the right resources and training to succeed.

In the WCG CenterWatch Global Site Relationship Benchmark Survey, Parexel received highest “Excellent” scores across 35 Performance Attributes Most Valued by Sites out of 29 CROs included in the survey.

Parexel ranks #19 out of the top 100 companies with the highest number of remote job openings throughout 2021. In addition, Parexel was recognized for being one of only eight companies to have made the FlexJobs list since its inception in 2014.

Parexel was selected in Medidata’s 2021 Customer Awards as “Partnership of the Year”, which recognizes partnerships with Medidata that demonstrates a shared commitment to clinical success and promotes the advancement and acceleration of clinical trial execution through collaboration.

Parexel receives Bronze Award in the 2021 India Workplace Equality Index (IWEI) 2021, a measure of efforts for LGBT+ inclusion. This is Parexel's second consecutive year to receive IWEI recognition.
